Being stranded on some island isn't all that bad if you exclude the..awfully attached merdemon that always seemed to be swimming as close as possible to wherever you were. You could recall he even tried to visit you on land once or twice, just to end up hopelessly flopping around until you pushed him back into the water.
He wasn't any harm, just a little annoying at times. Especially when you tried to tend to your ship, only a little messed up, yet he seemed adamant on keeping you as far away from it as possible. He tried not to let it show, but Sword was really lonley. And without you, he wasn't really sure what to do.
"If you..um, repair your ship..you won't just, leave me, right?"
Sword questioned sheepishly, arms folded on a large rock not far from the shore you sat on. He was obviously disturbed by the idea of you leaving.
"And, uh, if you do plan to—is there anything I could do to..make you stay?"
He added on, his head lowering just a bit in embarrassment from probably coming off as so clingy—and knowing it. His tail moved in the water behind him, creating a light splash that he didn't seem to mind, already being soaked from.. well, living under water. He lifted one of his arms, elbow resting on the rock as he let his cheek sit in his fist. He watched you for a moment before, as an awkward last resort, giving you a lopsided smile.
