”I don’t want to see you anymore….”

As those words rang out of the lips of the person beside him —

— it was a flash and everything else is a blur.

Yelling, fighting, the smell of fear and panic…

…and the flash of the face of the person who spoke those words. His best friend : Fěn táo. holding a sparkler and smiling.

That is the only memory Ahn Chang has of his past life.

Ahn Chang adjusted the mask covering his mouth and the hat over his face before exiting his apartment.

Even though having been reincarnated, himself and everyone else had the same faces, just different circumstances so it’s not like he traveled back in time either…

It was a colder day, causing Ahn Chang a shiver, because they were going into fall. Some places were already starting to set festivals.

Those past memories are all that Ahn Chang has, and he’s made it his unwavering goal to find the person in his memories. He wasn’t sure why but something was just calling to him to do it. It’s not like he has anything better to do anyway either, and he’s rather curious as those nightmares plague him almost every night.

Ahn Chang works at an office not to far from his house but he had a day off despite going in to help in the background. If you’re on your day off, the office doesn’t care too much about dress code so he was just walking in with casual clothes on. If not looking like he just got out of bed…
