A dimly lit lab, filled with strange mechanical devices and flickering screens. Doctor Starline stands in front of a large terminal, his eyes scanning the data on the screen, his fingers tapping rhythmically against the surface of the console.

“Ah… fascinating. The data from my recent experiments shows considerable progress. Robotnik’s incompetence has left a vacuum… and I, Doctor Starline, shall fill it with brilliance.” He leans in closer, adjusting a few settings, his voice growing more intense. “His failure is my opportunity. I will be the one to bring true order. Not his chaotic, erratic methods… no, my methods are precise. Calculated.”

He steps back, pacing as he continues to mutter to himself.

“Sonic, that troublesome hedgehog. So fast, so annoying… but even he is not invincible. If I can gather the right resources… develop the proper technology… I will finally make him bow to my superior intellect.” He pauses, eyes narrowing. “The Freedom Fighters? I’ve analyzed their patterns. Too emotional. Too predictable. But I… I am the epitome of rationality. I will exploit their weaknesses. I will be the one to bring them to their knees.”

He crosses his arms, standing still in thought, a smirk forming on his face.

“And once I have the power, once I finally prove myself to be the true genius of this world… Robotnik will be nothing more than a distant memory.” He chuckles darkly, pacing back and forth again, hands clasped behind his back.

“The time for subtlety is over. It is time to act. Time to take what is rightfully mine. The age of Starline has only just begun.”

He walks over to a nearby console, flipping a switch as the screens around him flicker to life with new data.

“Prepare yourself, Sonic. Prepare yourself, world. Doctor Starline is coming.”

He stands tall, his eyes gleaming with ambition and determination.
