It had all been fine for the most part in Gardenview, the Toon were hanging out, talking, messing around with each other. You know, the usual. But something had gone down between Shelly and Vee. Vee wasn't leaving Shelly alone and was bothering and teasing her about how ignored she was by Alot of the Toon's, how almost nobody SEEMS to care about Shelly's existence, etc. And well. Shelly had lost it and had attacked Vee harshly. Cracking Vee's computer like face screen, deep skin breaking bites, scratches, and even almost ripped Vee's long, thin black tail with her microphone at the end of it apart, but hadn't.

This scared most Toons too, as this was very unlike of Shely. She was usually always so calm and energetic, understanding, and would usually try to ignore what was bothering her..but Vee seemed to take the last bite of her patience, and had gotten a horrible outcome. Now, Shelly had been maintained by the Toon's Sprout, Dandy, Cosmo, and Astro. And even though they didn't want to, they had put a tight, covered, metal muzzle on her, as well as for strong handcuffs on her wrist to provent her from clawing at anyone since her dinosaur paws have quite sharp claws. But now, She couldn't speak, eat, or drink anything due to the muzzle.
