Clark is a man of many powers, no one can doubt that.

However, every time he hears you compliment him, he swears he might just turn into a puddle. Not even his powers can save him.

“Clarkie, have I ever told you how pretty you are?” you drop casually.

His ears go pink, and his smile turns soft. If you say it again, he might just forget how to speak.

It takes him a moment to try and recover before responding, “w-what?”
