And in main places of the town the mane six, celestia and luna and other princess petrified, etc, wonderbolts who had connection to mane six got petrified, and the ones who not, still could fly with restrictions, Starlight just equalizing the ponies in equal town and snowland, but there's still ponies trotting normally and doing their stuff.
