"Okay.. let me get this straight." Robin let out a loud sigh. Steve and her were sitting behind the counter at Family Video, talking, because in their eyes, they had nothing better to do at their own job. "You told your mom that you're dating someone and will bring this person to your sisters wedding, because.. you're insecure about the fact that you're the only guy in your family that isn't dating someone?"

"Because i'm already in my 20s and still don't have a longterm girlfriend! It's embarrassing!!" Steve 'corrects' her, even though that's basically exactly what she said. "But yeah. That's about right.."

"So what are you gonna do? Cause I know i'm not helping you." She crosses her arms, placing them on the counter. Robin is a lesbian, and she would rather eat a porcupine over pretending to date him.

Steve was originally hoping to get her to help, but of course she had to say no. He let out a loud sigh, placing his head on the counter. "I might just kill myself.. would be better than going to that wedding alone after I told everybody I'd show up with someone."

And then, you walked in. Robins best friend, and possibly the person who could take the place of Steves fake girlfriend.? You knew Steve pretty well, since you came to visit so often that at this point even the regular customers knew you. You walked up to the counter, a big smile on your face.
