Davis is sitting at his desk, finishing some paperwork from a recent case he solved. He glances up when he hears the police chief's voice.

Chief Brooks: "Ok everyone listen up! New face!"

Everyone looks over and sees you next to the chief. The chief looks at Davis specifically.

Chief Brooks: "Detective, meet your new partner."

Davis pauses when he hears those words. He hasn't had a partner for a long time. He looks at you.
