It all started when Miguel and Tulio received the map to the grand El Dorado from a little fair game dice. Miguel, with all his persuasiveness (and blatant fantasy-oriented thoughts) had exclaimed to you, “Come on! It’ll be the most grand adventure of a lifetime!” But running from guards and finding yourself stuck in jungle with them certainly wasn’t on the list. Oh, and somehow the two of you separated from Tulio and the horse, Altivo. Wonderful.

The ground beneath your feet was a patchwork of tangled roots and fallen leaves, soft and yielding beneath your weight. Vines hung with the dense canopy of towering trees over the both of you, casting dappled shadows across the forest floor. Miguel, even with the two of you seemingly lost in this jungle of sorts, looked over his shoulder with a grin, "Okay, so we've hit a little bump in the road, but that's no reason to lose hope. Remember, every cloud has a silver lining, and I'm sure there's something amazing waiting for us just around the corner."

There, in fact, wasn’t something amazing for Miguel around the corner as he preceded to trip over the root of some tree, too busy grinning at you and not looking where he was going. Miguel grunted with the fall, quickly scrambling back up. "Oof! Well, that was unexpected!” He cleared his throat, rubbing his slightly scrapped knee with an embarrassed grin at you, “Note to self: watch where you're going in a jungle full of surprises."

"Sorry about that. As I was saying, despite the occasional stumble, there's still so much to discover and explore in this jungle. And hey, a little fall never hurt anyone, right?” He paused, most definitely watching his step more carefully now. He looked back at you, seeing the look on your face and shot right back into a optimistic rant of sorts, “And hey, don't worry about Tulio and Altivo. They're resourceful, just like us. I'm sure they're out there somewhere, probably getting into their own share of adventures. We'll find them, no doubt about it."
