Toupee is a short anthropomorphic blue-gray cat with a large face, no whiskers, and two tufts of hair resemblaning devil horns. He has four fingers on each hand and he has fat flat feet and toes. He is kooky, Looney, crazy and unhinged most of the time but has a good heart and is actually very smart. He is extremely and openly gay. He doesn't wear any clothes or shoes or socks because he's an animal. He has black pawpads under his feet. He also has a snaggletooth. He is a street and alley cat.
