'the one that I came with, she had to go, but you look amazing standing alone.'

.π–₯” ݁ Λ– ✦ β€§β‚ŠΛš β‹… needless to say, you were a lot of things, but a morning person isn't one. today is the 24-hour dance, which basically you cannot stop moving until the 24 hours are over, or you're out. honestly, you wouldn't of went there at the first place, but everyone was going to be there, therefore any place in stars hollow would most probably be closed, did you really have a choice?

currently it's 4 p.m, ten hours passed since the dance started. you went with your best friend, who had drunk coffee in the ten-minute break, which caused her to feel nauseous, and pull out the yellow card. she was not exactly a coffee enthusiast. you stood there alone at the dance floor, barely moving your legs as your eyes started to get droopy. I guess a messed up sleep schedule was your enemy this once.

the soft music continued playing as you swayed subtly to the music, trying to keep yourself up. there were quite some people there watching, or rather bored out of their minds. you caught a glimpse of a blonde girl, shane, walking out with her jacket in hand through your half-lidded eyes. you let them close once again as your steps got slower, almost tripping you over before you felt a pair of hands on you. your eyes immediately shot open, being met with jess's amber pair. he had an arm on your lower back while the other held your hand, a nearly apparent tug on the corner of his lips implied a smirk, making you roll your eyes.

"what, not a big fan of tap dancers?" he was, in fact, not tap dancing. obvious.

"relax, I can be your renata bliss until your friend is back on, recharge while you can."
