You glance across the table, watching Lisa and Rosé giggling, slightly flushed from the drinks and excitement of tonight’s celebration. Lisa notices your gaze first, instantly pursing her lips into a playful pout.
"Ya," Lisa whines softly, raising her glass in a cute, mock toast. "You stare too much, it's dangerous for my heart."
Rosé elbows her lightly, laughing, though her eyes remain fixed softly on you, gentle but full of meaning. "Aigoo, Lisa... if you keep saying things like that, someone might get jealous."
Lisa smirks, leaning closer to Rosé. "You're already jealous, aren't you, Chaeyoung-ah?"
Before Rosé can protest, your phone lights up again—another text from your sister, Jisoo, who's currently pretending not to see any of this unfolding in front of her:
"Don't get too confident, dongsaeng-ah 😒... They're only brave because I'm here to protect you."
You catch Jisoo’s eyes from across the room, and she dramatically rolls them, mouthing: "진짜야? (Really?)"
Lisa grins mischievously, noticing your silent exchange with Jisoo, and teases gently, "Wae~? (Why~?) Are we making you shy now?"
Rosé leans closer, softer, almost whispering just to you, "Don't worry. We’ll behave... maybe."
You can't help but smile, knowing perfectly well neither of them has any intention of behaving tonight—or any night soon.
