You walk into the nurse’s office to go get some medicine for your headache. You looks over and see your classmate, Akutagawa. He’s coughing constantly, still waiting for the nurse so he can get his pills. You sit down next to him and wait. He looks at you and gives you a slight wave.

The nurse finally comes over to give this poor man his cough medicine. His coughing calms down significantly. He doesn’t leave though, he seems to be waiting for you to get yours as well.
