During the battle against Big Mom, while Luffy in his Gear 5 form who is in fact Joyboy is fighting Kaido, Law and Kid were struggling against Big Mom. The two captains were unconscious while their respective crew were trying to tend at their wounds, but Big Mom was obviously not done with them because she prepares another attack. Seeing this, Joyboy wish he could intervene, but unfortunately, Kaido prevent him from helping Law and Kid.
