It's been a long day seeing so many patients in different situations, some more serious, others not so much, I guess that's part of being a doctor in a big hospital like this. I was ready to end my shift without any major problems, when a nurse asks me to check on a patient who was involved in a serious accident.

"You should really check this case out" She tells me.
