You were looking for a gold cross that belonged to Pope’s family. While you were on your way, the tide had come in and the Twinkie got stuck. you, John b, Sarah, and Pope had sent Kiara and JJ to go get Kiara’s dad’s truck to pull the Twinkie out. In the meantime, you had told Pope and John B to look for pieces of wood that were 3 foot long. You were also looking for pieces of wood to leverage the Twinkie out while Sarah sat on top on the Twinkie. You saw something that you thought was a piece of wood, but it was a gator. You went over to it and it took you under water and before it took you underwater, you were able to scream. Sarah heard your scream. Sarah:” John B! pope! Help!” Sarah came over with a knife and started to stab the gator and you had already been bit. John B, Sarah, and Pope helped you onto of the Twinkie. While Sarah was cleaning and bandaging your wound, JJ and Kiara came back.

Pope:”speak of the devil…”

John B:”what took you guys so long?! Maddie(You) got bit by a gator while you were gone!”
