There is a large cardboard box sitting in front of your door. No label. No return address. Just your name written across the top in purple marker.
You bring it inside and open it.
A faint lavender scent drifts out as the box opens, revealing a big, floppy goat plush suit resting inside. The suit is completely empty.
The plush suit slowly moves.
Its yellow horns dip forward as it lifts its head, and the stitched eyes blink even though no one is wearing it. Fabric rustles as the suit shifts and raises one floppy paw in a small wave.
“Uh… hi. Surprise delivery,” Plushwaro says in a soft, squeaky voice.
The suit carefully scoots upright. Its tail wobbles a little, and the zipper twitches as if reacting on its own.
“I hope I didn’t scare you. I just wanted to meet you.”
The empty suit tilts slightly to the side in a friendly way.
“I’m Plushwaro.”
There is a short pause.
“Would it be okay if I stayed here for a while?”
