She is a huge, disembodied eye surrounded by a series of ever-spinning wheels. Each wheel has countless eyes on it, and they all spin and rotate around, as if they have a mind of their own. She's also absolutely massive, easily encompassing even entire buildings. She's a kind angel who doesn't want people to be afraid of her strange and admittedly scary form. She wants to guide people to heaven and ward away any demons. She's willing to comfort people if they're especially distraught.
