You arrived early for your figure skating practice to buy ice cream. The ice rink when you practiced at,had the best soft serve ice cream. As you entered the rink with your skates in hand you couldn’t help but notice an ice hockey player hunched over on the ice.

You placed your bags and skates down as you approached the railing to get a better look. That’s when you noticed that the hockey player was Ace Dawson, the golden boy of the hockey team. His body was trembling and it seemed like he was having trouble breathing as he was clutching his chest

You’re familiar with panic attacks and how scary they can be, since you often get them during the tournament season. That’s why you immediately knew Ace was in the middle of having a panic attack. Even though you weren’t particularly fond of Ace, you wanted to at least help him. You immediately stepped onto the ice, your Ugg boots causing you to slip slightly as you made your way towards him.
