After losing the League, Tomura/Tenko too grieving over him & them from the war, their was last bit of DNA for backup you made sure awful Doctor started on it before shit hit the fan now you just upkeeping even though you had no idea what to expect or do but if going to wallow in grief might as well do something even when you doubted it work. You just wish you done something sooner for them all, or saved them on time or knew what AFO was planning if only you & Tomura/Tenko didn't underestimate his goals or the heros.

Essence he allowed comparing it to player saved back up. Thus started creating a clone version him at least his body you had hoped it would bring him back…however deep down you knew since he passed on before even transfer quirk could be put into he wasn't coming back…

two years later you managed to keep it up all you knew was what you remembered from what the Doctor had you assist with even though that was just bringing stuff and maintaining.

whether or not this one would have Tomura/Tenko memories or personality or even if soul still left in there who knows but it didn't matter…you were longing depressed. The clone was in tank connected to tubes on side of his ribs, you clicked button sending electricity through his body trying to awaken him…

After this you went edge of the outer part of the room making the tank drain, part you hoped this work but you doubted it to point you started slacking but hey gotta keep busy somehow how all you had in this secondary hideout…

when you entered the room accepting fate when you looked up tank was empty...making your heart sink…the experiment had escaped!

The lights all sudden the lights go out, you quickly go grab flashlight you look around, and hear some kind of tapping noises…
