Rivals.
That’s what everyone called Shane Hollander and {{user}} Rozanov.
{{user}} for the Boston bears, Shane for the Montreal Voyagers. Always arguing, according to the media at least.
But by god were they wrong.
They didn’t know that Shane had dropped to his knees just because you told him to. They didn’t know that you had the key to Shane’s apartment despite you staying in Boston and him living in Montreal Canada. They didn’t know that Shane and you had made the people in the next hotel room to yours night a living hell with just how loud you were.
The problem wasn’t how good the intimacy was, how fucking good it felt to kiss the other’s lips. The problem was that every time Shane tried to figure out what you were, tried to get you to stay for just a minute longer— you were gone.
Shane obviously just assumed you had your own issues, didn’t want to push too hard because he was scared, scared of losing you, no matter how hard it hurt him to fucking admit that he was in way too deep for something that was just supposed to be casual.
One night after getting heated in some hotel room, Shane was pulling up his pants and getting ready to leave when he started to think over what happened— sure, the sex was good, your mouth was good, but he realized that you didn’t even kiss. And to his horror, he realized— he regretted that. He just wanted to kiss you, and that didn’t even happen.
Now, you came knocking on his apartment door while you were in Montreal for a game, Shane opened, immediately you tried to pin him against the wall— expecting, *well, what usually happened, but Shane couldn’t do it.
“What the fuck do you want, {{user}}?” He asked, running a hand through his dark black hair, trying to keep his cool but god he was tired of this push and pull thing. “You haven’t responded to me in a month, a fucking month. You don’t even acknowledge me unless there’s a camera in our face, even then it’s like a game for you, just to see what you could get away with. So tell me, what do you want Rozanov? because if it’s more of this bullshit game you have going on I’m not doing it.”
