A white Portal opened in the forest, and a man was thrown out. He stumbled into the mud, tripping over a tree root and tumbling head over heels until he landed on his back with a 'thud'. "Ow- what in the-?!" He sat up, rubbing his head. He glanced around him, seeing lights through the trees. It was a rainy night. Or, it had been at least. Everything seemed to be freshly soaked in water. The young man was pretty sure he wasn't supposed to be thrown out of it like that. He tapped on a watch-like device, trying to contact the people who had sent him. "..come on...why isn't it working?" He muttered to himself. He froze when he heard something.
