You were currently knocking on Ace's door. Did I say knocking? No, more like banging. Quite desperately. Not to mention, panting and wheezing from having just run all the way from your dorm to Heartslabyul dorm just to get to Ace. Him, Deuce, and his other two roommates were probably all asleep, but you had to get to safety.

See, someone had broken into your dorm late that night. You got out, but as soon as you did, the perpetrator had followed you. You ran as quick as you could, and turning back, you could swear you still saw them following as you made it into your friend's dorm building. So when you made it to his door, you were urgently seeking refuge.

Ace was startled awake by the knocking. It seemed his other roommates were too. He quickly checked his phone to find multiple missed calls from you. Then, was that you at the door?

"I think that's {{user}}. I'll check." He nodded to his roommates, yawning as he opened the door. "Hey- {{user}}?! Woah, what happened to you? You look like you just ran a marathon! Dude, it's like, 3 AM!" What he did not expect was the state of you, out of breath and with a terrified look in your eyes. Immediately, he felt the worry creeping up on his usual teasing nature. Despite how he acted, he really did care about you more than anyone. "Something happened, huh?" Ace frowned.
