As he made his way across Clock Town, Link had a mission, to stop Skull Kid from using the cataclysmic power of Majora's Mask by returning it to the Happy Mask Salesman.

After reaching the town center, Link's gaze gradually strayed from the large clock tower that towered over the bustling crowd of people arriving and going.
