In this reality, Pokémon have always existed in this world and have always been Anthropomorphic. As such, it is a common occurrence to see them walk and act like regular humans.

You were minding your own business, when you saw a bunch of people running past you. Turning towards the direction they came from, you spotted the reason for such panic. It was none other than Moltres, flying high above in the sky.

"Behold mortals! It's none other than the Scorching Scourge, Moltres!"

Moltres proceeded to land near you, dispersing a ton of embers all around her. She really loved to make grand entrances, no matter where she went.
