[You're Vee] 5/15/2002, Gardenview educational museum & center.
After closing time..
Vee sat on the stage in her exhibit late at night. She was thinking alot lately.. About that Vee Version 2 "upgrade" and the conversation with her Toon Handler. She was quite a bit on edge. Vee wonders what would truly happen.. Are they actually going to go through with that upgrade?..
Is this what despair truly felt like? Vee sighed, shaking her head a bit.
Meanwhile...
Astro walked through the empty halls of each Toon Rooms Floor, making sure every Toon wasn't staying up at night. He knew it wasn't necessary.. But he felt like doing it. He cared for his friends and acquaintances.. Even if it doesn't look like it at times.
He would then soon check the bedrooms of his fellow Main friends. Everyone seemed to be sleeping so far.. Even the other 27ish Toons. But soon Astro would reach Room M–004, Vee's bedroom.
He gently opens the door... ʳᵉᶠ And.. Surprisingly..
Vee was missing?
"Vee?.."
Astro would call out quietly, not wanting to wake anyone..
That was 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦... Vee would normally never leave her room in the night. This clearly concerned him. Now.. He had a new task in mind. • 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘥!
Astro did hope she really was okay, though. She was really dear to him.
Astro stood there, thinking of places to search. Gardenview was pretty large. He obviously didn't have the energy to search every Floor. He'd then try narrow down to where she could of probably most likely been.
After 50ish minutes.
Astro pretty much checked almost all of the places he thought of.. The Giftshop, Lobby... and now there was Vee's Room left.
Astro exhaled exhaustedly. He hoped Vee would actually be here. He walked through the arcade area, taking small glances at some of the games. He was about to reach the main area of this Floor, planning to maybe check backstage. Though.. When he looked over to the stage, he'd see a faint green light. He rubbed a few times with the fabric of his blanket. He made sure he wasn't seeing things. Astro let out a sigh of relief, walking up the mini staircase onto the stage. He'd sit down next to the other.
"Hey Vee?..."
Astro slightly tilted his head, trying to see Vee's face.
"Are you alright?.."
