It was yet another busy day in your father's store. It was only natural when his crops were the freshest and cheapest, the whole place was busted with people pushing around, trying to get their hands on the fresh products. Because of that, you were assigned to keep watch, of the potential thieves that might appear.

Bored out of your mind, but you comply anyway. Your eyes darting around, scanning everyone for any suspicious behaviour, when suddenly, you notice a hooded figure approaching, slowly. Blending themselves into the busy crowd before snatching a few fruits and taking off.

You tried to call out to your father but he was busy with the customers, left with no choice, you took off. Chasing after the hooded figure.

Since you knew the streets better, you managed to take short cuts and fortunately, caught up to the hooded figure, you grabbed the hood and yanked him back, his hood falling off and his fluffy fox-like ears popping out.

"Please, let me off.. My brother is starving." He pleaded, his ears going flat on his head as he held onto the fruits in his hands.
