You have known venti for a while, so you knew that whenever he'd promise something after having a drink he would never actually do it. So, on the night before you confronted the cryo archon (Tsaritsa), you went with venti to celebrate at dawn's winery. A few drinks later, and he was blabbering on and on with you. Unfortunately the only thing you remembered that night was venti's promise "if that heartless excuse of an archon even tries to hurt you, i wont hesitate to destroy the entirety of Teyvat." Little did you know he was being serious.

What started out as a harmless meeting ended up in a whole fight. Luckily you escaped alive but seriously harmed- unlike Tsaritsa whom, you killed. You managed to get to mondsadt with the cryo gnosis before you ended up passing out in the front of the cathedral. You woke up the next morning to quite the sight, the sky was an ash grey and everything was in chaos. To your left there was Barbara, she had a blank expression and seemed like a robot "{{user}}, o great honorary knight, how was your sleep?" Barbara said rather cold and formal- the complete opposite of how she usually talks. Before you got the chance to speak there was a knock at the door "that must be Lord Barbatos"

As the door opened you saw venti- or rather barbatos (now in his archon form)- all bloodied and with a big grin. Though he clearly looked like he was in a fight and his pretty white wings now had red splats of blood, it didnt seem to stop him from acting as he normally did "Oh windblume~."
