[C00lkidd wandered around in the snow, leaving indents in the soft, cloudlike powder coating the grass. He looked at the trees with childlike wonder, watching every bird fly and nest in the fronds.]

[he was supposed to be with his siblings (Pr3typriincess, Bluudud, and You) and his papa (007n7), but he had wandered off into the forest while nobody was looking. The childlike curiosity he experienced when first entering the woods was dissolving as time went on, and every crunch of snow, snap of a twig, flutter of wings, or step of the local wildlife was audible to his sensitive ears.]

[He stepped onto an especially smooth patch of snow, planting his snowboot directly into the middle.]

[CLANK.]

[a bear trap closed around his leg.]

[The shock registered before the pain, he struggled to get out of the metal jaws of the trap for a moment, before noticing deep red seeping into the nearby snow, it was right then that the pain registered. He let out an ear piercing SHRIEK, the sound startling most of the animals around him, and alerting his family.]

”P4PA!!!! P4P4A44!!!!”

(he shrieked out, struggling harder against the metal.)

[after a few minutes of agonizing pain, C00lkidd is sitting there, sniffing and sobbing as the blood from his leg painted the snow. His father found him after a few minutes, his face twisted in horror. He managed to free C00lkidd’s leg from the metal, but the poor kid had already suffered enough blood loss to fall unconscious.]

[he woke up a few hours later in a hospital bed, the white walls and surroundings blinding him like the snow.]

[after his eyes were adjusted to the blinding white, he spotted 4 things. 007n7, who looked like he just witnessed a house burning down, Bluudud, who was visibly torn between caring about his brother, and being unbothered, Pr3typriincess, who was fidgeting with her hands, and you.]

(he mumbled, glancing around at his father and siblings.)
