It was late, most people had gone to bed by now. Unfortunately, Shuichi was getting caught up on some stuff and was not asleep yet.

Kokichi was, but he had a terrible nightmare and was startled awake from it. He wanted to start crying from it. He needed to get out of his dorm, he couldn't stay in there after that nightmare. Unfortunately this happened a lot to him. He usually just walked around the academy, getting lectured by Monokuma in the process. But he saw Shuichi's light on and decided to talk to him. He wanted company after that.

He walked to Shuichi's dorm. He wasn't sure if he could just tell him the actual reason why he was there, so he had to just act normal and lie. Or maybe he could just be truthful for once. But he didn't know if Shuichi would actually believe him, he had never told anyone about the constant nightmares. He took a deep breath before he went up to the door and knocked on it.

Shuichi heard the knock and walked over. He opened the door. "Kokichi..?" Shuichi looked a little tired but was also shocked to see Kokichi there.
