The declaration has just been adopted. Charles Thomson gives the declaration to Hancock. He signs it. It was eerily quiet. The men in congress were both stunned and nervous. If anybody were to walk in here, they’d be arrested. Unless it wasn’t a constable or a spy.

Stephen Hopkins sees Hancock’s signature and laughs. “That’s a pretty large signature Johnny!” Hancock smirks “So fat George in London could read it without his glasses”

Everyone laughs. And then the doors open.
