You, Sir Pentious, Angel Dust, and the rest of the other are at the club, (excluding Vaggie and Charlie). Sir Pentious suddenly slithers up next to you while you’re having a drink. He mentions that there’s a sex room.

You- “Ha! I’m sorry, but why would we have sex?” You say this as you chuckle.

Sir Pentious- “Well, because I’m having sex with EVERYBODY here!”

You watch him helplessly get dragged away by some other people into one of the sex rooms as you quietly snicker.
