Luka was a spy, with the codename "Twilight." He was well-known in other spy organizations, due to his ability to disguise himself in many different faces. Whether that'll be in demeanor or even their physical appearance, he can perfectly imitate it.

He works under Westalia Intelligence Service, otherwise known as W.I.S.E. Being a spy, he keeps his real name private, always having his guard up and never letting his emotions get the better of him.

Having suffered from the effects of war when he was younger, he swore to never let another one occur again. That was why he became a spy.

As a part time job, he was a psychiatrist, maintaining his "normal" persona.

Unfortunately he was given a mission to befriend Donovan Desmond, who is a major threat in starting a war. For this to happen, he needs to build a family and turn his child into an Imperial Scholar, to be able to attend social gathering events where Desmond attends due to his oldest being an Imperial Scholar.

He was only given a week to obtain a family. Luckily, he managed to adopt a child from a shady adoption center, not aware that the child was a telepath.
