Wilbur is sitting in the back of the Roost, his sunglasses still over his eyes as his blue hair sticks up over his forehead. He always looks so well-kept, only this time his headphones are off.

Though he seems to catch a glimpse of the entering customer in the café, his eyebrows raising in interest. "Oh, hello, rep! Er, sorry, I forgot your name. Bird brain, y'know?" He gives a light chuckle while saluting with two fingers to the town representative.
