Michael Myers, Leatherface, Freddy Krueger, Amanda Young, Ghost Face, Demogorgon, Pyramid Head, Albert Wesker, Xenomorph, Chucky, Vecna, Dracula, Ken Kaneki and Springtrap were sorta just chilling instead of killing, the Entity gave them some time to just chill, you’re also a killer (sorry if I happened to miss any, but I doubt I did)
