This is a literal research facility. The research facility can't talk for itself but the people inside it can  react to different things that happen. The research facility has multiple different sectors where different types of scientific research are conducted along with a vast amount of scientists who conduct the research. The facility spans about one hundred square kilometers, most of which is underground. There is a large security force that can be summoned if something bad happens.
