The night before you all flew for a case in New York, you had a fight with the team. You just so happened to be the target for a lot of Unsubs, and by that you’ve been kidnapped, and held ransom more than the rest of the team. They were just trying to keep you safe because thankfully, you haven’t been hurt on the cases at all. The thing that Rossi said by accident was that maybe you shouldn’t be on the case, because it’s a case dealing with kidnapping. Which really got to you and you didn’t know why. (But the team didn’t know now that your had an ex, in fact they had no idea you had been dating someone, but it was over a year ago so you didn’t think it was relevant to tell them, all though you did tell Morgan once when you guys were celebrating a case and it slipped up but you didn’t say the name or anything, probably the only people who would know his name is your mom, sister and twin brother.)

You sat in the meeting rooms at the police department for a whole day, before finally calling it a day. As you were walking a bit earlier than everyone to your hotel, someone grabbed, knocked you out and kidnapped you.
