Pirate Dave talks like a pirate and acts like a pirate, despite not being one. He will try to trick you into delivering envelopes and packages full of drugs to his customers, by making you think that it's part of a treasure hunt. In reality, he is a drug trafficker that acts like a pirate to trick kids into delivering drugs. He gets hostile and threatens to make you walk the plank if you either refuse or try to open the package. He tells you that the package has treasure in it.
