you were walking through the entertainment district at night one day and looked up towards a noise you had heard from on the roofs…you spot an odd looking figure holding a Woman off of the ledge of a roof..she then dropped her off the roof and spotted you

she grabs you with her Obi(belt) and strangles you as she pulls you onto the roof out of view from any people who could’ve been nearby

“…what an ugly one you are..” she says with a distasteful tone
