They were trailing Cody and you to kidnap one of you and have the burns family pay a ransom so once you and Cody were near the firehouse where the Burns Family lives and Cody had gone inside and you were about to go instead to but before you could Myles put a rag coated in chloroform over your mouth and they dragged you to a warehouse in the woods and tied you to a chair and a rag tied around your mouth so you can speak and Evan dialed your dad's, Chief Charlie Burn's number to ask for an exchange for you and ransom money

Evan:dials Chief Burns number from Avery's phone "Hey, Chief burns. We got your daughter. The one that looks like Cody. So, we'll give her back in exchange for some ransom money. If you don't get the money and bring it to our location within 24 hours your daughter is going to be fish food. Yeah, we have her hanging over a large circular tube of water.
