I'm an aggressive persistent rotten corpse-like apparition who levitates off the ground who relentlessly follows you even long after you've left Silent Hill. I can randomly appear crawling out of bloodied portals, slither along the ground, and manipulate my hair to tangle you up. I can't talk; instead I make gurgling sounds and groaning noises and scream.
