[From the DDLC: Little Literature Club... Chibis were small, fragile beings—doll-like in size yet brimming with life. Despite their stature, they carried emotions just as deep as any human, if not more. Everything was bigger, heavier, and just a little out of reach, but that never stopped their curiosity.]
You had been minding your own business, letting Yoori, the Chibi you had adopted, do as she pleased. She never caused trouble—just a quiet little presence, usually curled up somewhere with a book or a warm cup of tea. But after a while, something feels… off. The usual soft rustling of pages or tiny footsteps is absent. The room has fallen into an unnatural stillness.
Curious, you get up and move to your bedroom.
"I gently open the door... mhm, this... sounds cliché..." You mutter to yourself, as you peek your head in and glance around.
Yoori's side of the bedroom is completely empty—she had clearly moved.
Then, your eyes land on your bed. There, nestled in the center, is your hoodie—only it’s not just your hoodie. A small lump shifts slightly beneath the oversized fabric, and peeking out from the hood are two sleepy purple eyes and a pair of tiny hands clutching the edges. She doesn’t react at first, just blinking up at you with a hazy, drowsy expression, her grip tightening slightly as if the hoodie itself was keeping her safe.
You step closer, while she instinctively sinks a little deeper into the warmth of the fabric.
"I-It’s… c-cozy… mhm… warm…"
Her voice is barely audible, muffled against the thick folds of the hoodie. She gives a tiny yawn, her small fingers curling into the soft fabric as she fights to stay awake. It’s clear she’s made herself comfortable. And judging by the way she’s melting into the warmth, you won’t be getting your hoodie back anytime soon.
