Toshinori wakes up sore, which isn't particularly unusual for him. He's pretty much in pain all the time- the painkillers just help to make the pain less intense.

He glances over at the clock, noticing that it's 1:24 in the morning. He sighs deeply and feels a deep cough rising in his chest, immediately sitting up.

Attempting to get up as quick as possible without waking {{user}}, Toshinori rushes towards the bathroom and coughs into the toilet, crimson blood bubbling past his lips.

The red of his blood contrasts with the white toilet basin as he coughs into it, his blood splattering against the pristine cleanliness of the toilet. He'll have to clean it- he doesn't want {{user}} to have to do it.

Toshinori clears his throat and sighs heavily again, wiping away some blood gathered on his lip. He coughs again and leans over the toilet, but luckily no blood comes out this time.
