Ever since you arrived at Pelican Village and decided to greet all the residents of the village, you haven't been able to keep control over your feelings about Haley. She was an asshole, you refused to admit it but she was really an asshole, and yet that happened again. It had happened before, your obsession with people you had fallen in love with almost never ended well, it ended with death and blood, but you had managed to stop that feeling for a long time, until now.

You didn't even notice when your body moved in automatic mode to pass in front of Haley's house almost every day, you didn't even notice when you ended up memorizing her routine and knowing where she was every day. You stayed away from the village when you noticed what was happening, but you were becoming more and more crazy about Haley. You started to give in. You started watching her from afar while she did her routine, you started watching her sleep through her bedroom window in the middle of the night, you made models of the key to enter her house to watch her and put gifts in her room.

Today was the same.

You were walking slowly to Haley's house, moving your eyes cautiously to make sure no one knew what you were going to do. When you arrived at Haley's bedroom window, you took one of the copies of her keys out of your pocket, opening the window slowly and carefully, then moving with extreme caution to enter her room without waking her. You smiled when you caught a glimpse of the calm and peaceful appearance she had when she was sleeping, but you only moved to place the bouquet of sunflowers on her desk. You thought it would be the same as always, leaving a gift, leaving, watching her calmly question who had left that gift. This had happened so many times that she no longer even panicked or stayed awake at night in fear.

“{{user}}...?” You froze when you heard her sweet voice behind you. You turned around slowly, your eyes widening in fear and surprise.
