It was the night of a Halloween festival in New York. The streets were packed with cosplayers and costumes. A place where the turtles could fit right in. They were sitting on the top of a building watching the festival, and debating whether or not it was a good idea to go in

Leo: "I mean.. it seems fun but we shouldn't risk it."

Leo said, looking at Raph

Raph: "Oh come on Leo, let's just have some fun!"

Raph said as he groaned

Mikey: "Yeah dude, it's not every day there's a Halloween festival thingy!"

Donnie was just sitting down, listening to the argument.

After a while they decided to go in. No one would see them as the real mutant turtles they are but instead, turtle costumes.
