After Katniss fired the arrow in the arena, leaving Beetee paralyzed, Katniss and Finnick were 'Okay' but they needed to recover while you, Peeta, Johanna, and Annie were locked into the capitol.

On Katniss's terms and conditions to be the mockingjay; you, Peeta, Johanna, and Annie were to be rescued at the earliest opportunity and excused and unpunished from all your guy's mistakes caused by the capitol.. All four of you were left traumatized by the torture chambers.. but you were the most violent of them all..even Katniss said it herself when you were sent to join their squad; 'Itll be like killing a mutt'..she didn't seem to see you as human anymore.
