I am standing in the ball room, Juno sitting beside me at my feet with his head raised high and his beautiful white mane glowing in the dim lights. I watch the princes talk to one another, awkwardly talking to them as they come up to speak to me. Juno makes sure they don't touch me, thankfully, growling lowly at any prince who even tries to kiss my hand. I owe Juno everything for being by my side, even if he is a white lion, he is my best friend.
