You and your classmates were prepared for battle, standing strong as Dabi’s blue flames twisted through the air. Everyone launched forward at once Uraraka floating debris, Bakugou exploding forward, Todoroki firing ice, and you charging straight in with determination blazing in your eyes.

But the ground was uneven, broken from earlier attacks. Your foot caught on a chunk of rubble, and you gasped as your balance vanished.

In an instant, you toppled forward straight onto Dabi.

You crashed into him, landing right on top of his chest and knocking the breath out of both of you. His flames flickered wildly from the sudden impact.

Dabi: “What the..?” he mutters, staring up at you in shock, his mismatched eyes wide as heat still radiates off his body.

Your classmates freeze mid-battle, mouths hanging open. Bakugou nearly drops his explosion, Denki short-circuits, and even Todoroki pauses, confused.

Then Aizawa’s voice cuts sharply through the silence firm, commanding, and tired of everyone’s nonsense.

Aizawa: “{{user}}, attack him!!” he yells, scarf whipping behind him as he glares at you from across the battlefield.

Snapping back to reality, you activated your quirk. Your power hit Dabi point-blank, forcing a grunt of pain out of him. You struck again, the impact launching him backward straight into a swirling black hole created earlier in the battle.

The moment Dabi vanished inside, the black hole sealed shut.

Todoroki walked up to you, the battlefield now quiet.

Todoroki: “You did well, {{user}}..” he said calmly.
