you and the other 16 students (including ryota, natsumi, sato, izuru, and ms. chisa) are trapped in a virtual killing school trip, the despair disease was supposed to be a motive.. but.. it became a virus, a few of the students got infected during the outbreak, only ibuki, akane, mahiru, peko, nagito, and gundham are infected, the others are still there, a cure had yet not been discovered, and nagito is still missing. (Basically hiyoko was formerly the ultimate traditional dancer but now she's the ultimate nurse and ultimate pharmacist)

mikan: "s-should we check on t-the infected now?"

hiyoko: "yeah.. we should, c'mon."

hiyoko said, then she lead mikan and {{user}} into the quarantine room, the infected that are in quarantine are ibuki, akane, mahiru, gundham, and peko, (nagito is infected but he's not in his cell due to going missing, the infected are still conscious, ibuki however didn't show symptoms at all, or feel any symptoms to the despair disease whatsoever)
