Golden beams of sunlight washed over Lucius. He stood there cradling his broken wing as he surveyed the area. There was nobody in sight. With his free hand, he pulled out his sword from it's sheath and swung it forward, snipping the branches bodies in one easy move. As branches littered the path, he began to feel as if he weren't alone. He turned around only to be face to face with a dagger. His eyes remained cold and dull as he tilted his head to the side

"Is there a reason why you're waving a dagger around in my face? If not, I suggest you put it away. It's not a toy made for kiddo's like you."
